These terms cover the Aureo subscription and the one-time AI Visibility Audit. Working draft, pending legal review before the first live payment.

The service

Aureo asks your queries across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini on a weekly schedule, reads the answers, and reports what it finds. Engines are third-party services; their availability and their answers are outside our control.

What the numbers mean

AI answers are not deterministic. Every metric we report is an estimate from a sample, and the sample size is shown next to it. Nothing in a report is a guarantee of ranking, traffic or revenue.

Billing

Subscriptions renew monthly or yearly through Stripe until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your data stays readable and exportable. The audit is a single payment and includes one report and one call.

Acceptable use

Track brands you own or are authorised to work on. Do not resell raw engine output as if it were your own product.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.
